Chilgrove Business Centre welcomes back its annual visitors, a flock of sheep belonging to a neighbouring farmer. The flock graze on the field immediately behind the Centre for a few weeks of the year, clearing it ready for planting of an arable crop. The flock add to the peaceful atmosphere of Chilgrove and their annual appearance is welcomed by tenants as a sign that spring has arrived.
