Office sizes are generous, starting from 165 sq ft suitable for one person, increasing up to 660 sq ft for 3 people.

Offices can be taken individually or combined to create suites for larger businesses. They are rented unfurnished and with phone and internet sockets already installed.

Whilst each room is provided on an inclusive rental basis, with flexible easy-in, easy-out terms, occupiers are responsible for their own telephone and Internet costs.

Business rates are not included in the rental price but may be zero-rated, or discounted up to 50%, on the application for Small Business Rates Relief. (Tenants are responsible for their rates and their application for the rates relief from Chichester District Council – advice is available on request.)
